Mary was raised in Springfield, MO, where she spent over 34 years building, owning, and managing two successful businesses, specializing in retail running sales and Ozark Racing Systems, which produced and timed 100+ running events annually. In 2015, she relocated to Palm Coast with her husband, Craig, and began her real estate career. In the Palm Coast region, Mary is thrilled to work with Watson Realty Corp., the largest independent brokerage in Florida and five-time LeadingRE Diamond award winner. Her entrepreneurial experience and active history within the Springfield community have ensured a successful transition to the unique Palm Coast community she now calls home. With a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing from Missouri State University, Mary's Midwestern values and hard-work ethic are apparent in her many professional and personal accomplishments. A passionate fitness advocate, Mary has mentored children under 12 on healthy and active lifestyles, including developing yearly training plans for the annual Cox Medical Mile run; was inducted in the Ozark Mountain Ridge Runners Hall of Fame; and received the Member of the Year award from Ozark Greenways, Springfield's trail acquisition and maintenance organization. She previously served on the Board of Directors for the local Girls on the Run chapter and as a facilitator for the Lost and Found Grief Center. Mary looks forward to continuing her community involvement in the Palm Coast area. She served as Secretary and a board member to the newly-formed Belle Terre Swim & Racquet Club Advisory Committee.  Mary served as President of the Flagler Business Women, a local organization of professional women who provide scholarships for deserving high-school graduates. The Florida climate is very conducive to her favorite hobbies of running, biking, swimming, and yoga. She has completed 17 marathons, as well as hundreds of road races, triathlons, and adventure races. When Mary is not hitting the pavement or assisting clients with their real estate dreams, she enjoys knitting, reading, skiing and hiking, and spending time in Colorado.
